Refund and Returns Policy

We want every Puja Thakur Narain order to reach you in the condition and specification promised. This policy explains how returns, store credit, exchanges and cancellations are handled for purchases made on ptnv2.clousor.in.

Return request window

Please contact us within 2 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photographs where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
• All original tags, accessories and packaging must be intact.
• The item must be free from stains, alterations, perfume, deodorant, body odour or other signs of use.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Items not eligible for preference returns

• Sale or discounted items.
• Custom-made, altered or personalised items.
• Items purchased at exhibitions or special events.
• Items that do not meet the eligibility conditions above.

These exclusions do not limit remedies available under applicable law when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious, materially different from its description, or delivered later than the stated schedule.

How to request a return

1. Email care@pujathakurnarain.com or WhatsApp +91 99153 11155 within the return window.
2. Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping the item.
3. Use a trackable courier and retain the receipt. Unapproved returns may be refused.

For a preference return, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refundable. If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise eligible under applicable law, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate.

Inspection, store credit and refunds

Returned items are inspected after receipt. Approved preference returns receive non-transferable store credit valid for 3 months. Direct exchanges are not offered; you may use approved store credit to place a new order.

Where a monetary refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by us, it will be initiated to the original payment method after inspection. Bank or payment-gateway processing time may apply.

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processing, alteration or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Approved discretionary cancellations are normally issued as store credit, without limiting any mandatory legal right.
