Shipping Policy

At Puja Thakur Narain, we carefully prepare and dispatch each order from Panchkula, Haryana. The estimates below begin after order confirmation and may vary for custom or altered pieces.

Order processing

• Standard orders are normally processed within 5–7 working days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.
• Custom-made, personalised or altered pieces may require additional time; the expected timeline will be communicated separately.

Delivery estimates

• India: normally 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• International: normally 7–10 working days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, courier capacity, customs, remote locations and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause delays. We will provide reasonable assistance with courier enquiries.

Shipping charges

• Complimentary shipping across India on prepaid orders, unless a product or promotion states otherwise.
• International shipping charges are shown or confirmed before payment. Customs duties, import taxes and local charges are paid by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking details are sent by email and/or WhatsApp after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Inspect the outer package at delivery and record visible damage before opening where possible.

Incorrect, damaged or delayed orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. If an order is delivered later than the stated schedule or is otherwise eligible under applicable law, we will provide the appropriate remedy. See our Return Policy for details.
