These Terms and Conditions govern use of ptnv2.clousor.in and purchases from Puja Thakur Narain, Showroom No. 8, Sector 2, Panchkula, Haryana 134109, India. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products, measurements, materials and colours accurately. Screen settings, lighting and handcrafted processes may cause reasonable variations. Products and sizes are subject to availability. We may correct genuine pricing, description or inventory errors before dispatch and will contact you if an order is affected.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it for processing. Prices shown for India include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. International duties, taxes and charges may apply. Payments are processed by authorised payment providers; we do not receive or store your complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

Custom and altered pieces

You are responsible for supplying accurate measurements and approving requested specifications. Custom-made, personalised and altered pieces require additional production time and are not eligible for preference returns, without limiting remedies for defects, damage, incorrect supply or other rights under applicable law.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Processing, delivery, tracking and international-charge information appears in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, return, store-credit and refund conditions appear in our Return Policy. Sale items are not eligible for preference returns. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use and intellectual property

Site content, branding, designs, photographs and code are owned by or licensed to Puja Thakur Narain and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without written permission. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Liability and events outside our control

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility for defective products, misleading descriptions and consumer remedies remains subject to applicable Indian law.

Governing law and contact
